Your Account and Registration Obligations

If You use the Website, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. 8. Revo Apps shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement/participation in any way on your own or through group/s of people, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services).

We view protection of Your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that You and Your Personal Information is one of Our most important assets. We store and process Your Information without any sensitive financial information collected, if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures. Our current Privacy Policy is available at revoapps.net/privacy. If You object to Your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use Website.

Payment

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
2. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank/s”, or
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

If there is an invoice that you have not paid in full to Revo Apps, then Revo Apps has the right to turn off, stop, or delete all services/plugins/licenses related to Revo Apps products, including all products or services that you have previously purchased. We will reactivate when you have paid all your invoices.

License Code

You will get a unique license code every time you buy Revo Apps product. All products (including source code and mobile applications) are valid and can only be used on 1 (one) domain. You are prohibited from reselling, distributing, or copying for any purpose.

Support and Updates

1. For Woocommerce source code only, we offer lifetime free updates.
2. If a third-party plugin/app causes problems/errors/incompatible with the plugin/source code from Revo Apps, then you are willing to immediately disable the third-party plugin. Revo Apps did not do any custom work to make adjustments or fixes related to the error.
3. There are thousands of Woocommerce/Shopify third party plugins. Revo Apps does not support all Woocommerce/Shopify plugins. What you get is a standard demo from Revo Apps. We do not do custom work or requests to add/remove features.
4. Push notification and OTP features use Google’s Firebase platform. All provisions and changes to the rules and policies of Firebase are not the responsibility of Revo Apps.
5. Revo Apps is not responsible for any damage (either material or immaterial) caused during installation and after installation. Also Revo Apps is not responsible for lost files, corrupt files, modified files, and all other errors. Make sure that you perform regular backups.

Refund

There will not be any refund after you purchase it. Your buying decision is final. We ensure that the source code or mobile application that we send to you has passed our excellent quality assurance test. The buyer agrees not to ask for a refund for any reason.

Transactional Email

We may send you emails on some occasions which may include details about your purchase, changes to our terms and conditions , promotional emails and other transactional emails related to your purchase. By registering with your email address, you agree to receive these emails from us. If you don’t like to receive promotional emails you can unsubscribe it.

Price Changes

Revo Apps reserve the right to change the price of all products and services at any time. We hold the complete right to modify or discontinue a product or service temporarily or permanently with or without notice.
